Privacy Policy
Operated by MunafaExpress CGB (legal entity registration in progress), Karachi. The registered company name, NTN and registered address will replace this notice before the first paid order. Until then this document is a draft shown for transparency.
What we collect
Your mobile number, name, building and flat, your orders and payments, the language you choose, and — only if you turn notifications on — a push subscription for this device. We do not collect your location, contacts or ID documents.
Why
To run group orders for your building, confirm you live there, deliver to the right door, collect or refund payments, send you pool and delivery alerts, and keep the books (every rupee is in a double-entry ledger).
Who sees what
Your Building Captain sees your name, flat and phone to confirm your household, hand over your sign-up code and collect cash on delivery. Drivers see only building, floor, flat and bag codes — never your name or number. Hub and finance staff see orders and payments, not your login PIN. Public pool pages show a masked flat ("Flat 4**"), never names.
We do not sell or share your data with advertisers. Payment providers (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) receive only what a payment needs. If an SMS or WhatsApp gateway is enabled, it receives your number and the message text.
Security
Login PINs are stored only as salted hashes; delivery PINs are one-time per order and destroyed on delivery. The app keeps your session in secure cookies and never stores order history on a shared phone after you sign out. Backups are encrypted before they leave our server.
Retention and deletion
Order, payment and ledger records are kept for seven years as Pakistani tax law requires. We never hard-delete business records; closed communities and accounts are archived. To close your account or correct your details, ask your Building Captain or write to ops@munafaexpress.pk.
Your choices
Turn notifications off in Account; change your language any time; sign out on shared phones. You may ask what we hold about you at any time.
Changes
Version 2026-11-02.1. We will notify you in the app before material changes.
